In this custom designed and built home comprised of approximately 5,000 sq. ft., Girsh Development’s expertise at modifying an existing floor plan and appointments to the exacting specifications of the client shined through in brilliant fashion. The challenge consisted of three crucial factors: the family’s needs, budget and site location compliance. A site engineer was consulted for the later, and the Girsh professionals did the rest.

The client presented numerous, unusual design ideas during construction—including tiled bathroom walls and a spa-styled shower offering multiple body sprays, two shower heads and a ceiling rain shower—all of which came to fruition in the final product. This bathroom concept is now often requested by other Girsh clients.
