Girsh Built: Completed Homes & Communities

This 3,000 sq. ft. home was built in Girsh Development’s Dayton Greens community and custom designed with a special sensitivity to the property. The client worked closely with our design professional to fit their needs and budget, while taking into account a municipal property restriction.

After carefully considering the customer’s requests, as well as the imposing regulation, we were still able to incorporate many of the custom elements the client desired, such as an arched stairway, an open kitchen, and a separate in-law suite for a parent residing with the client.

The customer’s desire for maximum energy-efficiency was exceeded with 2 x 6 wall construction, double exterior sheathing and triple-glazed windows.
