Built in Girsh Development’s highly successful Dayton Greens community, this 2,700 sq. ft. home epitomizes our dedication to an individual customer’s preferences. The client had indicated to us during a pre-construction meeting, several design elements appearing in magazines with which they were greatly impressed. The were “must have” items that would be the difference between a beautiful home and a dream home.

Girsh Development was only too happy to oblige, by incorporating such design elements as bookshelves at the fireplace with elegant square windows above, an exact reproduction from a magazine picture brought to life for the customer. Additionally, Girsh maximized the construction details to the client’s advantage, by increasing the basement ceiling height to permit the use of large widows that welcomed extra natural sunlight into the home’s lowest level. Also, the basement column supports were specially designed to achieve optimum efficiency for the homeowner’s future basement requirements.
