Girsh design excellence at its best highlighted this project, a 2,836 sq. ft. home built within an existing subdivision. Our design professional crafted the new home around the architectural elements found throughout the neighborhood.

Open design dynamics were incorporated to “update” the function and visual appeal of the floor plan. Extra-large siding corners using contrasting colors, and white window surrounds enhance the appearance of this truly unique home.

Not only was the client extremely pleased with the results of their new home, but they were able to occupy the house a full two months ahead of schedule.
